Frank M. Schryver was born on 7 September 1867 in
Omar, Jefferson County, New York.
He was the eleventh and last child, and sixth son of William Latham Schryver and Adelia M. Newton
Schryver.
According to his obituary, he spent all of his life in
Omar with the exception of about five years in Depauville. Until
his death, he resided in the same home where he was born.
He died at his home on Monday, 14 February 1944 at the
age of 76. His obituary appeared in the February 15 edition of the
Watertown Daily Times. The funeral was held at 2 PM on Wednesday,
February 16, with the Reverend W. Barber, pastor of the Omar Church
presiding. He is buried in the Omar Cemetery.

Sara Jane Baltz was born in
the town of Pamelia, Jefferson County, New York on 8 December
1861. She was the daughter of Andrew P. and Elizabeth Haas Baltz.
She died on Saturday, 22 March 1947.
She had been living with her daughter, Miss Alice Schryver, since the
previous fall and died at the daughter's home in Jamestown, New
York. The obituary appeared in the Saturday, March 24 edition of
the Watertown Daily Times. Her funeral was held at the family home
in Omar at 1:30 on Wednesday, March 26. The service then moved to
the Omar Methodist Church at 2 PM. The Reverend Roberts Mallabar,
Pastor of the church presided. She is buried in the Omar Cemetery.
Frank and Sara's headstone is also engraved with the name
